
I’m getting older AND better.
Today, for the first time EVER, I did a side plank.
Yay me!
I was only a couple of inches off the floor and held it for 8 seconds on each side but that’s a starting point that I can build on.
I also was breathing from my diaphragm which for me, takes a lot of concentration.
