On The Subject of Political correctness
I just read a comment that mentioned political correctness and it
reminded me how much I’m beginning to hate having to be politically
correct.
It’s getting so complicated to speak, that we’re all better off not
saying a word about anything, ever! And soon we might not even be able
to refer to ourselves as moms or dads on legal documentation. The new
normal will be full of “parental figures” and gender neutral persons….
I’m okay being a mother and grandmother, the person I share my life with
is my husband not my life-partner, my children are boys and girls, and I
am a woman.
