I commented on this post by Frank Nacci and shared it. It rang true for me. This doesn’t count if you have health issues which make you too thin or too thick because sometimes your body just wants to do whatever it wants.
In my comment I said I’m the top row except bigger. What I meant is proportionately bigger all over.
